WHAT MATERIALS DOES "K-MAX" USE ?

- "K-max" technology is based on a new type of building material and on original space frame system that stands up against earthquakes.

The material is a mixture of cement, glues and light weight insulation granules. It has the following technical characteristics:

- bulk weight - 420 kg/m

- heat-transfer coefficient k=0,083 Kcal/mh C°

- this means that the insulation efficiency of a 6 cm thick panel is equal to that of a 50 cm thick brick wall;

- sound insulation - 50 dB, which is equal to that of a 25 cm thick brick wall.- fire-resistance;

- 75 min, which is twice as high as the standard specification, the material itself being practically fire proof;

ALL TYPES OF PANELS ?

- Why not?

The panels are armoured with steel frames and can be applied in the construction of foundations, walls, floors, roofs, lintels, supporting beams, stairs, etc.

All these,elements can have various plane and space configurations.

Electrical junction boxes, cable pipes and vertical water feeding pipes are installed in the panels before casting of concrete material.

The walls are the supporting elements in the construction. The floor panel is covered with a steel frame and then a layer of fine concrete, 5 cm thick, is cast over it.

Water or cable heating equipment can be installed in this fine concrete layer, depending on the preferences of the customer.

Different types of roofs can be used (slanting, terrace-like, mansard type, etc.), according to the architectural project.

The surface of the manufactured panels is approximately 2 m and their weight is 62-64 kg.

This allows manual assembly of the construction elements. Depending on the specific conditions, the panels can be manufactured in larger dimensions.
